Jesus Is Waiting

Jesus is waiting; He is waiting for you,
To cleanse your garment so you could
Serve Him true. He's building a mansion
With rubies and pearls.
I want to see Jesus and hail Him as my
Savior and King. I long for that City,
Friends how about you?

Jesus is waiting; He is waiting on you,
To tell someone that He is coming soon.
I believe His promise, I believe in His
words, when He said He's coming back
for me.
O how long for that City, my friends
How about you?

Jesus is waiting, don't you hear Him
Calling you? Forever is in his hands;
There is no one else who can save you.
He promised every thing,
Everything you'll ever need.
O how long for that City, my friends
How about you?

Through yourself at His feet and plea
For His mercy. He will give you pardon,
If you come to Him in sincerity.
My eyes have not seen streets paved
With gold, and I want to behold what
God holds in store.
I long for that City, O my friends how
About you?
